Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green as our HRD (m/f/d)

We are seeking to hire a HRD to join our senior leadership team, to be based out of our London HQ. This position will be responsible for driving people initiatives and strategy across our international workforce, as we enter the next phase of growth and evolution as a business.


  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations and administration across the UK and all international subsidiaries, including Italy, Germany, Australia and any other new markets entered
  • Responsible for developing team KPIs in all jurisdictions and for daily management of HR department personnel
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Relations, Retention, Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Internal Communications
  • Provide basic recruitment process management and onboarding support to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition
  • Research, report and plan for global HRIS systems implementation, including integrated ATS
  • Provide ongoing training, development and coaching to HR personnel as well as wider Management team
  • Support the planning of team-building initiatives and social events
  • Manage international payroll administration
  • Provide detailed reports on all HR activity for senior leadership team
  • Ensure organisational alignment across all country subsidiaries, in accordance with global policy and best-practice principles
  • Manage policy and Employee Handbook updates in accordance with local legislative changes


Why we’d would like to get to know you - your profile

  • CIPD Qualified, ideally Level 5 or more
  • Degree educated in the field of Business Management or Human Resources
  • Must have experience working in the Renewable Energy sector, either for a developer, EPC or fund/investment manager
  • International experience essential
  • Understanding of relevant UK and international legislation and regulations
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a scaling business strongly preferred
  • Prior HRIS and HR systems implementation experience strongly preferred
