Human Resources Manager 4 days a week role South West London

I'm delighted to be partnering with a global sporting organization who are looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager to join their HR department. This is a 4-day-a-week role, and the organization is looking for someone who is currently at HR Manager level. This is a generalist human resources position, with the opportunity to manage a very busy HR agenda and contribute towards making an impact across the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Working in line with the Senior HR Director to modernize the overall HR function of the business
2. Develop and implement new methods to improve the organization's business function and culture
3. Overseeing the HR Assistant
4. Lead on the implementation and ongoing management of our employee benefits offering
5. Management of complex HR cases across the business
6. Management of recruitment processes across the business, onboarding of new staff

Qualifications:

• HR Degree
• Happy to work in a 4-day-a-week role
• A strong track record within HR, working across global organizations
• Passion and interest in the sports industry
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in the wider business and the factors that drive success
• Passion for employee relations, processes of how to drive this forward
