Dartmouth have exclusively partnered with a leading investment management firm seeking to attract a HR manager. This is a standalone role where you will provide operational support to the business across the entire employee lifecycle. In this role you will be heavily involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new joiners. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to gain more autonomy and build out processes as a first time HR hire.
You must have at least a level 5 CIPD. Candidates will also have minimum 7 years of experience within HR and have worked within investment management firms. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the business. This opportunity is 5 days on-site.
