Swoop are partnered exclusively with a growing law firm based in the City of London. We are looking for an experienced HR leader to support our client's continued growth and professionalise their internal HR systems and processes.


This role is a part-time position with flexibility around the total number of hours/days required.


Position Overview:

The Part-time HR Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's growth and success by managing all aspects of human resources. This role requires someone with a solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and a proactive approach to employee engagement and development.


Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process and streamline onboarding procedures for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  3. Performance Management: Implement robust performance management systems to drive professional growth.
  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies in alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs and provide assistance with enrolment and inquiries.
  7. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports to support strategic decision-making.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record as an HR Manager, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, particularly within the legal sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for effective communication.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
