Blair West are delighted to be supporting an exceptional North East engineering and Manufacturing Group in their search for a HR Manager. This is a newly created role in the business that is embarking on an exciting period of growth.

The opportunity:
- Working with the SLT to develop a HR strategy in line with the business 5 year plan.
- Recruiting for a variety of roles across the group, creating talent pools, utilising talent platforms and creating an effective recruitment strategy.
- Looking after the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
- Harmonising of all policies and process across the business.
- Lead on all ER issues.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- A strong and experienced HR Manager.
- Experience and feels comfortable in a stand-alone role.
- A keen idea to making an impact within the business.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
