Responsibilities:
- To manage HR BAU activity of a busy manufacturing Operation to include (but not limited to)
- Absence management
- Engagement
- Supporting and advising Line Managers on all HR related matters and policies
- Working and Engaging with Unions
- Individual Case Management
- Supporting HR related projects
- Maintenance of HRIS
Experience:
- Experience working in operational/manufacturing environment
- Experience working with Unions
- Ability to multi-task
- Happy to work hands-on and standalone
- Proficient with Absence Management and case management
- Ability to forge solid relationships
- Proficient in use of HRIS systems – preferably ITRENT
- Organised and good attention to detail
