In this standalone role, the HR Manager will oversee the HR function within the Firm, delivering on a range of development and organizational initiatives aligned with the Firm’s strategic objectives to support business growth.
Ideally, you hold a graduate-level qualification, preferably with a CIPD Level 5 qualification. You can utilize your existing HR and business knowledge to effectively lead and manage various issues. You possess the skills and experience to work independently with minimal supervision. With an HR generalist background, you have experience in all HR aspects but recognize when external expertise is needed for specific projects.
