Our client is a large successful national business with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to an exciting period of change, they are now looking for an HR Manager to join them for a period of 6 months.
As HR Manager, you will report into and work in collaboration with the HR Director and a fabulous HR team. A generalist, you will partner managers and their teams, supporting and facilitating the creation of a high-performing culture, leading on employee engagement, talent management, learning and development and succession planning whilst providing expert advice and guidance on all employee relations and performance management issues. You will work closely with more junior members of the HR team to support and drive standardisation of the UK people agenda.
An experienced HR Manager, you have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have a proven track record of influencing change and of developing people around you, ideally gained from your time within customer facing organisation.
