We’re looking for a HR Manager to join our client who are a leading multi-billion dollar company in the food ingredients sector with sites located across the globe. They thrive on creativity and innovation by embracing new technologies to push the boundaries of food science.

The successful candidate will become a key member of the Site Leadership Team. You will work with colleagues, both internal and external, to plan, develop and implement strategic and operational plans. The role will have a strong emphasis on developing the sites’ culture, values, and communications to ensure the corporate goals are achieved.

You will need to have experience of working in HR management in a similar manufacturing environment and have a demonstrable background in translating law into best practice employment policy, procedure and advice.

You will hold the CIPD level 7 qualification, or equivalent, and ideally have a degree in a relevant subject. People management will also play a fundamental role in your day to day duties as you will be the line manager for a Senior HR Advisor, HR Officer, and Operations Coordinator.

Please note that you’ll need to hold a full driving license, as you will occasionally be required to travel to other sites in the UK.

The salary is on at £57,000 to £67,500 DOE. The package also includes; 25 days a year annual leave (rising to 27 over time), a pension with 6% company contributions, 2 x salary death in service benefit, health care cash plan, an EAP, holiday buy and sell back scheme and a cycle to work scheme.
