Location: Hybrid working- 3 days in the city based office
I am partnering with a Global Law firm to find a brilliant HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis, due to a promotion internally. This HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR business partnering support for the practice group of about 200 people, and within that approximately 30 Partners. The exposure will be broad, you will be partnering with your HR colleagues, and also with Partners and associates to act as a trusted advisor to them. You will be supported by an HR Advisory team alongside the wider HR team.

Experience: Experience in a generalist HR role, operating strategically and operationally.
This role would be great for someone who has worked in a business of scale and scope- if you have had global reach and understand a matrix environment- this would be a real advantage. There is always lots of change going on, so an HR Business Partner who has worked in a fast paced, ever-changing and evolving environment would really fit in well in this business.
