Hybrid - HR Business Partner, London

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can join an exciting team of business partners to drive the delivery of the HR strategy across a particular business area. We are looking for candidates who have strong experience in dealing with very senior stakeholders to director level and comfortable with presenting and proposing to these stakeholders to implement and drive strategy forwards to meet business objectives. Candidates must be very flexible and have experience in both project, implementation and operation functions with a large FS company.
This is a permanent role paying up to £64,000 plus competitive benefits and pension.

You are an experienced HR professional operating a Business Partner level
You have previously worked in a large organisation liaising with senior stakeholders
You are a true HR Generalist with lots of exposure across the full remit of HR Practices
You can successfully work with a variety of different and challenging stakeholders
You are resilient and always looking for new ways and solutions to overcome short term challenges
What does the day to day look like?
Support the effective implementation of change management initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects, minimising ER impacts.
Design and deliver Management Information (MI), interpret results to identity trends which translate to HR initiatives, present and interpret data to senior management.
Assist the HR Operations team to meet performance objectives and deliver a commercial, customer focused approach across all activities in the department.
Build effective working relationships with managers within your client group
