Job Description

Are you an experienced physiotherapist seeking a rewarding role treating a variety of MSK conditions, with the opportunity to mix your in-clinic practice with remote work?

In this role you will split your time between in-person treatment and delivering Ascenti’s award-winning virtual physiotherapy services remotely from home.

Advance your career

With three or more years of clinical experience, you are building a successful career in MSK physiotherapy and are confident working autonomously in clinic. In this role you will manage a varied MSK caseload independently, leveraging your expertise both in-person and through Ascenti’s multi-award-winning virtual physiotherapy technology.

Ascenti has an established in-house Virtual Physiotherapy team and a range of tools and learning resources to help you thrive both in clinic and as part of your remote role treating private medical insurance (PMI) customers.

You will need to be comfortable with using tech in your role, but you won’t have to worry about all the administrative tasks. This is because Ascenti’s dedicated customer hub takes care of queries and admin, allowing you more time to focus on patients, whether in clinic or virtually. Embrace modern, award-winning tech and systems, that make managing your patient caseload a breeze.

Positive team dynamic and culture

Join a nationwide community of likeminded MSK physiotherapists and become part of a friendly and supportive regional team dynamic, including an industry leading Virtual Physiotherapy team. You will work autonomously both in clinic and at home, but with the support of your Area Manager, Physiotherapy Development Lead and Clinical Mentor whenever you need it.

Half of Ascenti's Executive Board are physiotherapists by background, keeping the needs of patients and clinicians at the heart of the company ethos (just check the Trustpilot reviews).

Ascenti has seen a 300% increase in demand for MSK services, including significant growth in the PMI space. Explore exciting new roles, clinic locations, and career opportunities, along with a more mixed patient caseload.

Benefits and rewards

Alongside investment in your career and progression, you will enjoy a recently enhanced benefits package, including Vitality membership, access to great discounts and more. Learn more here: Your life with Ascenti
