We are looking for

  • 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role at a financial advice firm.
  • Someone with attention to detail and a passion for process, organisation and all things administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and try new things.
  • Someone who can manage a reasonable workload and manage their time.
  • An administrator excited by the idea of being part of a small, friendly team where you will see every part of the business.
  • Passionate about financial planning and the good it can do.
  • Interested in the human side of the job; we deal with the hopes, dreams and fears of real people, not just numbers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with Financial Advisers and their clients to achieve their goals.
  • Working with clients who have NHS Pensions.
  • New business administration – ensuring new clients experience a smooth process.
  • Dealing with administrative tasks arising out of meetings.
  • Communicating with clients and providers by telephone and email.
  • Doing whatever else comes along; we’re a small firm and we all need to muck in.
