- Juniper Wealth Management are a small financial planning firm who are looking to grow the team this year. We provide ongoing advice to approximately 300 clients and we are growing steadily.

We are looking for
- 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role at a financial advice firm.
- Someone with attention to detail and a passion for process, organisation and all things administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and try new things.
- Someone who can manage a reasonable workload and manage their time.
- An administrator excited by the idea of being part of a small, friendly team where you will see every part of the business.
- Passionate about financial planning and the good it can do.
- Interested in the human side of the job; we deal with the hopes, dreams and fears of real people, not just numbers.

What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with Financial Advisers and their clients to achieve their goals.
- Working with clients who have NHS Pensions.
- New business administration – ensuring new clients experience a smooth process.
- Dealing with administrative tasks arising out of meetings.
- Communicating with clients and providers by telephone and email.
- Doing whatever else comes along; we’re a small firm and we all need to muck in.
