Immediate Start - Recruitment Consultant Wanted OTE £35,000
We have so far not received any CV's from someone who has at least 1 years experience as a recruitment consultant, therefore if you do have at least 1 years experience as a recruitment consultant gained in the last 2 years then APPLY NOW.

2. Sales, marketing and networking in order to attract both candidates and businesses.
3. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry and environment.
4. Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts online.
5. Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
with candidates and employers.
6. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of
candidates.
7. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in
question.
8. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable
applicants.
9. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and
candidates;
10. Working towards weekly and monthly targets
