Job Description
Our client is an independent TMC with people at its core - their people and their clients.
They need an Implementation Manager to co-ordinate a detailed implementation process and work closely with all parties to meet agreed timelines. The successful implementation of any new client is dependent on understanding their needs and requirements and forging a working relationship to best suit both the client and the TMC.
The Implementation Manager is the gatekeeper of the plan and will ensure it runs smoothly at all times.
Candidate profile:
- A strong understanding of corporate travel management
- Highly confident with Online Booking tools
- A business travel operational background is essential
