Our client, established over 100 years ago in US, are a Fortune 500 business who distribute pipe, valves, fittings and other infrastructure products to energy and industrial markets.
They have expanded their global coverage, now providing customers with innovative supply chain solutions, technical product expertise and a digital platform from a network of 218 locations in 15 countries.
They are looking to grow their legal function from either Bradford or Seaham office.
Job Description
The International Team are looking for an In-house Commercial Lawyer to support the Head of Legal on commercial contracts, as well as being open to support in other areas of in-house law such as corporate, compliance, real estate. You will be:
- reviewing and negotiating customer contracts / RFQs
- managing flow down contracts with manufacturers
- managing disputes and warranty claims
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will be a 5-6 year PQE In-house Commercial Lawyer with pragmatic and business focused approach.
International experience would be advantageous as there will be the opportunity to work internationally with this post.
What's on Offer
- Salary dependent on experience but around £75-85k base
