The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join a close-knit in-house legal team in London.
You will work on a broad range of corporate advisory matters, including advising on annual reports, regulatory disclosures, ECM & DCM transactions, M&A, and listing compliance. You will provide invaluable support to senior stakeholders across the business, allowing you to utilise your commercial awareness and add value to the company's objectives.

This opportunity would suit you if you are a lawyer in private practice looking for your first in-house legal counsel role. Alternatively, you might be an existing legal counsel looking to join a growing, global business at the forefront of innovation in its sector.
About you:
· This role would suit a corporate lawyer between 5 - 9 years PQE
· You will have trained at a respected law firm
· Must have corporate advisory experience and have worked with / for a PLC
· Strong academic track record
· Be a commercially aware individual looking for an opportunity to be a "business partner"
What's on offer?
Salary: negotiable dependant on experience. As a guide, c. £130-150k + car allowance
Bonus: 12.5%
Flexibility: hybrid working, typically 2-3 days in the office.
