In-House Solicitor
On behalf of a global law firm, the Abacus Legal team is currently recruiting for a Commercial Lawyer to join the In-House legal function of this prestigious legal client.
Boasting a truly global reach, this role will offer exposure to a range high quality and varied work related to all types of commercial contracts. As such, you will have a solid understanding of drafting, reviewing and negotiating these.
What do you need to offer….?
This role would suit someone who offers experience (or can demonstrate a genuine desire) of either working within an In-House environment or training and/or working within a commercial team of a busy law firm.
In short, you will form part of a team that will handle all legal matters relating to the organisation, you will communicate on a daily basis with the Partners and senior stakeholders within the firm. Safeguarding the best interests of the company on all aspects of commercial contracts, corporate services issues, risk and regulatory requirements.
You will be a qualified lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial or regulatory work, ideally with at the very minimum of 1+ years’ post-qualification experience. All levels can be considered and salary will reflect level of experience (and will be market leading!)
Experience of reviewing and drafting complex legal agreements or commercial contracts with an international slant will be a distinct advantage.
