Job Description
I am looking to speak to In-House Commercial Contract Solicitors who are looking to work for a progressive company based in London. If you want to work for an innovative Security Company, then this could be the opportunity for you. Salary is up to £100,000 and hybrid working is on offer.
The position will give you the chance to: -
- Be a part of a highly regarded organisation dealing with a variety of supplier and customer contracts
- Work autonomously in a small knit team with full support given when required
- Work from home 2-3 days a week with fully remote being a possibility
You will review and negotiate bespoke and standard contracts dealing with customers, suppliers and distributors as well as advising on AOR and other credit agreements. Other duties will include working closely with internal stakeholders on associated commercial matters.
This position will suit an In-House Legal counsel 5 yrs+ PQE who has a keen interest in furthering their career in a busy environment dealing with good quality work.
