About the Role
As a result of our recent growth, we have an exciting vacancy for an In-house Solicitor.
The role will involve working closely with our company directors, senior management team and our legal assistant to head our legal department.
This is an opportunity to be involved with a broad range of commercial work including the following:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
- Liaising with a variety of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Guarding the organisation against legal risks
- Escalating debt recovery and disputes
- Assisting with legal decision-making and identifying legal solutions
- Advising and assisting with escalated legal matters
- Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 p/a dependent on your experience

What we’re Looking For
It is essential that you have at least 3 years PQE; 5+ years PQE is desired. This position would suit a candidate with excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Experience working in-house is preferred though we would also consider someone with experience in private practice who has an impressive background in:
- Commercial Law
- Employment Law
- Litigation or Alternative Dispute Resolution

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
