This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Warwick or Bicester where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field. What's the opportunity Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will play a pivotal part in leading and managing the inbound packaging process for our production operations. As the Inbound Packaging Lead, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the packaging requirements, ensuring materials are delivered efficiently and effectively. What you will do: Develop and implement inbound packaging strategies and processes for production materials Collaborate with suppliers to optimize packaging designs and specifications Manage inbound packaging trials to validate effectiveness and efficiency Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and standards Monitor and track packaging performance and make continuous improvements Lead cross-functional teams to resolve packaging-related issues or challenges Work closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery and proper inventory management Who you are: Proven experience in managing inbound packaging in a manufacturing or logistics environment Strong knowledge of packaging materials, design principles, and industry standards Ability to analyze data and conduct root cause analysis to address packaging issues Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency Experience with automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred Able to travel occasionally About us and our culture… At Forseven, we are more than just a team of professionals; we are dynamic innovators, visionary collaborators and trailblazers who believe in making a difference.
