Job Description
The Industrial Disease Solicitor will deal with their own caseload of defendant litigated disease claims. This will be predominately asbestos related disease claims. Within the role you will supervise a junior and manage a caseload of claims. You will manage client relationships and also support clients on historic claims.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a Industrial Disease Solicitor who MUST have knowledge and a strong background defending asbestos related claims. You are likely to be around 7-15 years PQE although this is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less PQE applying for the role. Some travel is required with this role and ties to the Leeds area are desirable.
