Campaign Executive – Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Campaign Executive to join our team.

Someone who understands our mission to to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, planet & performance.

Whether it’s PR, influencer or social content campaigns, or real-world brand experiences and events, we get people sharing and keep people talking.

This role involves supporting the account team in executing influencer marketing campaigns, monitoring and reporting campaign performance, and handling administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with influencers, talent, and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution Support:
  • Create influencer lists based on client briefs using agency tools.
  • Pitch opportunities to influencers, talent, and agents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new agents, creators, and talent.
  • Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor media and social media for breaking stories and trends.
  • Track campaigns and collate content for wrap reports within agreed templates.
  • Team Administration & Finance Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the team and clients, including writing meeting notes and status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage couriers and postage.
  • Act as a point person for our handling house, managing product orders and deliveries.
  • Raise supplier POs on Concept and manage financial documentation.
  • Agent / Talent / Supplier & Handling House Coordination:
  • Coordinate with agents, talent, suppliers, and handling houses to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a PR or communications agency is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of finance processes (POs, estimates, quotes).
  • An understanding of the PR industry and influencer marketing trends is beneficial but not essential.
