POSITION SUMMARY


We are looking for an experienced Influencer Relations Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain partnerships with content creators and influencers. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with influencers, agencies, and our internal teams to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales through well-planned influencer collaborations.


This is a full-time role based in Brighton – BN2 4QN


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Actively seek out and engage with key influencers and content creators through personalised outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with influencers to seamlessly incorporate our products into their content, matching their unique style and audience.
  • Design and implement processes to facilitate the smooth integration of creators into our designated e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyse collaboration data to assess impact and offer insights for improving strategies.
  • Play a crucial role in planning and executing product launches that are designed to maximize exposure and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and new opportunities to improve our partnership strategies with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Oversee all aspects of our affiliate program, from recruiting affiliates to tracking their activity and managing rewards.
  • Manage affiliate payments through PayPal and prepare detailed reports on performance.
  • Track sales data to ensure high-performing affiliates are acknowledged and rewarded properly.


KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Proven track record in managing affiliates, working with influencers, or similar positions.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively, building good relationships.
  • Comfortable with data and using analytics to make decisions.
  • Good at managing multiple projects at once and can work well under pressure.
  • Able to solve problems creatively and quickly, especially when unexpected issues arise.
