Position Summary:
Experienced Technical consultant with a passion for customer service, outstanding analytical skills, an outside the box thinker with a desire to be part of a winning team.
In this role you work with our end client’s environment, both on premise and Infor MT, working across multiple functional projects to support customers, in an international team.
You will be working with technical experts to identify, define and install the best configuration to deliver the client’s requirements.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
· Configuration of Infor OS and supporting software.
· Development of ION and MEC integrations
· Document preparation which Includes Technical specifications, administration Guide, System operation Handbook, Troubleshooting Manual etc
· Performance Tuning of M3 / ERP Products
· Running Performance monitoring / Windows Tools.
· Application fix and patch management
· Ensure tight linkage between Data Quality Team, Technical Team, and the client throughout Data Migration Life Cycle
Required Expertise:
· Good working knowledge of M3 and Infor OS
· Experience with ION and MEC development
· Good documentation skills
· Strong communication skills to facilitate meetings and workshops.
· Fluent English
Education & Certification Requirements:
Degree required, or equivalent education/professional experience combination.
