• Reporting directly to the CISO, you will lead a small team of 2-3 people providing incident management, and vulnerability management and the monitoring of security measures across the enterprise.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to deliver a professional service to the business and end user communities.
• Use your experience with industry standard SIEMs to ensure optimum SIEM operations and identify and drive the implementation of new SIEM use cases.
• You will monitor analyse and improve the security posture of World First and Ant International systems.
• You will specify security requirements, manage penetration testing and remediation, manage vulnerability management activities.
• You will enhance security capabilities by building security tools, developing processes and remediating tool output findings.
• Identify the need for, and implement, new security operating procedures and practices to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure policy, process, and procedure compliance, as well as process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
• Contribute to the successful completion of internal and external audits.

You are a team player that provides effective team leadership, excellent technical skills and is calm under pressure.

You are an excellent communicator with all our key stakeholders, including: the infosec team, senior managers, project managers, technology principles and software developers.

You work collaboratively with our key stakeholders and also independently with minimal supervision.

Ideally from a networking background, you are a technologist with a working knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Cloudflare, SumoLogic, AWS and/or AliCloud.
