You will present strategic plans to Experian's Global Chief Information Security Officer to enhance cyber judgement across all areas of Experian.This is a remote UK-based position reporting to the Director of Information Security Programme Design & DeliveryYour responsibilities will include:Build our defence against social engineering programme by deploying global phishing assessments and collecting metrics to report to executive and regional partners.Create strategy to enhance cyber judgement throughout Experian, focusing on social engineering and building a community of users with a security-first mindset.Collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence, Regional Information Security Officers, Global Communications, and Business Leaders, to ingrain a secure by design mindset through role-based training and awareness.Research and stay up to date on the latest cyber security trends, threats, and best practices, and communicate them to Regional CEOs and global audiences.QualificationsKey experience required:We are looking for a security-focused expert who is passionate about increasing cyber judgement throughout a global organization. You will help build a security-first culture and reducing risk by ensuring Experian staff are well-versed in security requirements and exhibiting secure behaviours.Experience developing strategic Information Security programmes and produce solutions to behaviour-change programmes and gain agreement from executive leadership.Turn cyber threat intelligence into a strategic-focused programme to reduce risk to Experian's data, people and technology.Experience working with the Agile Methodology and tools to support this way of working i.e. JIRACommunicate complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to executive leaders and global staff.Improve measurable behaviour change throughout the regions while building partnerships and communities with a security focus.Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
