Sharp IT Services seeks an experienced Project Manager. You'll plan, coordinate, and manage IT project delivery, ensuring top-quality results for our clients.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing project plans, allocating resources, managing risks, and overseeing project implementation.
- Working alongside the Resource Scheduling team to coordinate resources for project and BAU service delivery.
- Providing monthly management reporting of resource activity.
- Assisting in resource capacity planning and project revenue forecasts.
Person Specification
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has previous experience as a commercially minded IT Consultant or Project Delivery Consultant.
- Has experience in project management and resource forecasting.
- Is comfortable working with all levels within an organisation, both internally and within the client base.
- Maintains a calm and measured approach, especially under pressure.
- Demonstrates confidence and competence when interacting with clients.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience working for an MSP is preferred.
