IT Service Delivery Manager – Wigan – Permanent - £45,000 - £55,000
An experienced IT Service Delivery Manager is sought for a client based in Wigan. Due to new client wins, the business is investing in their team to ensure a high service level is delivered to their ever-growing customer base. The Service Delivery Manager is a crucial role to ensure the efficient delivery of services. The purpose if the role will;
- Focus on Client Relationships
- Service Quality Assurance
- Service Improvement
- Performance Monitoring
- Act as a single point of contact for customer escalations
As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will report into the Head of Service Delivery and work closely with stakeholders from a number of teams within the IT Support Team. The main duties will include the following;
- Client Relationship Management – ensure clients receive a high-quality service addressing any issues that might arise during delivery
- Service Quality Assurance – Oversee the quality of services ensuring they meet the established standards
- Service Improvement – Identify opportunities for efficiency or service improvement with a focus on cost reduction without a drop in quality
- Performance Monitoring – Monitor the performance of Service Teams and track KPI’s to ensure effective delivery
- Problem Resolution – Work closely with clients to identify and address potential problems proactively
To be considered for the role you must:
- Have experience working as a IT Service Delivery Manager within a multi-client role
- Fantastic knowledge of service and application delivery
- Experience of ITIL processes and service delivery software
- A good understanding of Project Management principles
