Job DescriptionIT Service Delivery Manager – Wigan – Permanent - £45,000 - £55,000An experienced IT Service Delivery Manager is sought for a client based in Wigan. Due to new client wins, the business is investing in their team to ensure a high service level is delivered to their ever-growing customer base. The Service Delivery Manager is a crucial role to ensure the efficient delivery of services. The purpose if the role will;Focus on Client RelationshipsService Quality AssuranceService ImprovementPerformance MonitoringAct as a single point of contact for customer escalationsAs the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will report into the Head of Service Delivery and work closely with stakeholders from a number of teams within the IT Support Team. The main duties will include the following;Client Relationship Management – ensure clients receive a high-quality service addressing any issues that might arise during deliveryService Quality Assurance – Oversee the quality of services ensuring they meet the established standardsService Improvement – Identify opportunities for efficiency or service improvement with a focus on cost reduction without a drop in qualityPerformance Monitoring – Monitor the performance of Service Teams and track KPI’s to ensure effective deliveryProblem Resolution – Work closely with clients to identify and address potential problems proactivelyTo be considered for the role you must:Have experience working as a IT Service Delivery Manager within a multi-client roleFantastic knowledge of service and application deliveryExperience of ITIL processes and service delivery softwareA good understanding of Project Management principlesTo discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail, please APPLY NOW for a no obligation chat with your TalentBank Technology Consultant.
