Are you an IT Support Analyst who lives locally to Basingstoke?
Do you want to provide support to a large business across multiple offices?
Location: Basingstoke – 5 days a week on-site
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits
Interview process: 2 stages
You’ll be responsible for:
- 1st and 2nd line support across multiple offices
- Provide desk support
- Managing onboarding and offboarding of staff’s IT
- systems and improving processes
You’ll have:
- At least 6 months experience as an IT Support Analyst
- Experience with Microsoft Products including Windows and Microsoft 365. Ideally, experience with Power BI
- Excellent client facing skills
