Salary: £25K - £29K per annum
Location: Manchester City Centre / Remote (Office presence required 2 days per week)
Desired Experience:
- Proven track record in remote support and managing tech hardware.
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Exchange administration.
- Strong skills in user account management and licensing.
- Expertise in advanced Word, Excel, web development, and content management.
- A keen eye for cybersecurity and data protection.
- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues and provide IT training.
- Experience in handling confidential information with the utmost integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Vigilance: Keep a watchful eye on our internal ticketing systems and swiftly resolve support requests.
- Tech Setup: Install and configure the latest hardware and applications to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring secure access across Azure Active Directory, O365, and SharePoint.
- Support Mastery: Provide stellar telephone, remote, and email support to our diverse user base.
- Hands-On IT: Tackle various IT tasks, from changing printer toner to setting up new workstations.
- Knowledge Expert: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest operating systems and software packages.
- Skill Growth: Dive into training opportunities to enhance your expertise in desktop support, networking, and more.
- Content & Document Management: Take charge of our intranet content and document management systems, ensuring seamless information flow.
