Your technical skills should include MacOS troubleshooting, Apple hardware support, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms. JAMF certification and experience with Adobe Creative Suite are highly desirable.

What You'll Do as IT Support Engineer

The ideal IT Support Engineer will have at least two years of experience in a fast-paced support role, preferably within the creative sector.

Your technical skills should include MacOS troubleshooting, Apple hardware support, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms. JAMF knowledge (ideally including certification), experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Okta, ITIL, shell scripting, and working within an agency environment previously are highly desirable.
