Due to expansion within their team, our client, a highly recognised global brand, is looking to add to its IT Service Desk Team. You will be the main point of contact for technical support.
The Person
- You will have at least one year of experience providing 1st Line IT Support in a professional service environment
- You will have gained good exposure to Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- You will be an excellent communicator who is able to deal with internal stakeholders at a senior level.
- You will be an individual who provides excellent customer service and can demonstrate this.
