Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support to staff in Raunds and Maidenhead.
- Log and prioritise incoming work on Jira.
- Monitor and maintain servers, virtual machines, and network equipment.
- Purchase and configure new hardware, liaising with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts for telecoms, mobiles, and maintenance.
- Assist with IT projects, implementations, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Create and update process documentation.
- Manage the ERP team, including day-to-day tasks, work levelling, and planning.
- Collaborate with the ERP Strategic Manager to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Oversee performance and development plans for the IT/ERP team.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Microsoft Server or Desktop Certification.
- Experience with Jira and ERP systems
- Possesses an analytical and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrates a dynamic and flexible attitude, capable of seeking out solutions independently.
- Established experience in an IT admin/support role.
- Proven ability to manage a small team.
- Hands-on approach to technical support and project implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy levels and self-motivation.
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels.
- A drive for the execution of goals.
