IT Technician x2
South Cambridge
£25k-£29k
We’re looking for 2 IT Technicians to join an organisation based to the South of Cambridge. You will be responsible for proving 1st and 2nd line IT Support to internal users, monitoring the ticketing system, imaging laptops, desktop support as well as getting involved in infrastructure upgrade projects.
For this role, we do need someone with recent IT Support experience. Unfortunately, this is not an entry level role, and overseas candidates will not be considered. All candidates must have the full right to work in the UK without any restrictions.
The Role:
- Provide first and second line IT Support to internal users
- Responsible for monitoring the ticketing system including prioritisation of tickets
- Imaging laptops and desktops
- Hardware and Software installations/upgrades
- Ensure systems are kept as secure as possible and data protection policies are followed
Requirements:
- Previous experience providing 1st line support (either internal or with an MSP)
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Has previously used an IT ticketing system
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving licence with access to a car
- Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
