Job Description
This is a brand-new role for an experienced MS Dynamics Training Consultant within a high-profile Non-Profit organisation as they expand their technology division to drive even greater impact.
The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively utilise Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet their business needs.
The individual in this role will be asked to:
- Develop and deliver customized training programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM, ERP, and other modules.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars for diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical staff.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions.
- Provide post-training support and mentorship to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and incorporate them into training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
And should have:
- Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM and ERP modules.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an understandable manner.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (good to have)
- Experience with e-learning tools and content creation is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
