Job Description

Assystem Energy & Infrastructureare recruiting for a Infrastructure Change Lead to work at our customers site inDerbyon an initial 18 month contract basis.

the role will require excellent business knowledge and the ability to run a project workstream to deliver the role of Infrastructure Change Lead. The purpose of this role is to support both the infrastructure leadership and HR teams to support the delivery of the Facility and Property Management (FPM) People workstream.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the delivery of the people culture, vision, values, leadership and structure for each Infrastructure project as provided by the leadership team in the relevant business area. To feed this into the Estate Strategy and Development Plan as required.
  • To consolidate and issue evidence for Gate Reviews at each stage of the FPM process for the People workstream. Providing regular progress reports to the Infrastructure Project leads on FPM related matters
  • Develop and help deliver the tranche and project communication strategies, to quality and against the stakeholder map
  • Support the People Partnering in their efforts to agree any changes or impact to working practises with key stakeholders
  • Engagement, diversity and inclusion thinking as part of Infrastructure requirements and also during delivery of investments. Acting as the voice of the customer from facility design to occupancy
  • Support the People Partnering and project team in the delivery of any changes or impact to working practises as instructed by the leadership team of the relevant business area. This will include any infrastructure or facility aspects and/or communication requirements.

My profile

QualificationsandExperience:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business, Management, Economics or STEM-related subject.
  • A project management professional qualification or professional standard (ChPP, MAMP, APM PMQ or equivalents) or willingness to work towards achieving this.
  • Knowledge of Project Management areas such as planning, scheduling, project controls, infrastructure, new product introduction and product development. Experience of working in a project team or cross / multi-disciplined delivery team is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience of change management, with experience of communications, engagement methods, stakeholder management and the ability to facilitation of engagement sessions
  • Strong people skills with the ability to form influential working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, e.g Employees, business leaders, suppliers, and project partners.

**Security clearance**

This role requires the successful candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.

Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.
