Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: Up To £50,000, plus bonus
Location: Liverpool / Hybrid

Some of What You'll Be Doing:
Provide a robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure for the company and its customers.
Oversee monitoring of the environment to proactively manage security, capacity, and performance issues.
Manage and maintain platforms such as SAN storage, hypervisor (e.g. VMware), and load balancers (e.g. Kemp).
Attend the datacentre for tasks such as server implementations, network outages, and project work.
Develop and maintain documentation, ensure effective communication of changes, and work collaboratively to promote best practice.
The Person Spec:
3+ years of experience managing and supporting environments with a range of technologies including Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, VMware vSphere, NetApp storage, LAN - Juniper / Cisco, Linux, Microsoft RDS, PKI Infrastructure.
Have at least 3 years of experience implementing and administering security controls in a technically complex and fast-moving environment for server and network systems.
Demonstrate experience in leading, planning, and executing successful IT Infrastructure projects.
Show proficiency in designing, developing, installing, and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.
Have experience as a technical lead, mentoring other team members, and configuring network and infrastructure components and maintaining this infrastructure with SAN and virtualisation technologies like NetApp and VMware.
