They now have a requirement for a driven, proactive, innovative IT Operations Manager to work as part of a team to enable the successful Delivery of Technology Products & Services.This role is wide ranging will require you to Lead Technical Teams through various Solution Deliveries while Maintaining Service Levels. The ideal candidate must have experience of Azure & will have a passion for IT & Customer Service, a thirst for knowledge, will demonstrate creative problem solving and a desire to deliver proactive
Key Responsibilities of IT Operations / Service Delivery Manager would include:
Lead Service Desk Team, Infrastructure Engineers & Software Engineer to Deliver IT Services & Solutions
Nurture & Develop Service Focused Culture
Develop & Manage Service Levels, Review Activities, Spot Trends & Drive Continuous Improvement of Technical Processes & Solutions
Be Technical Lead for all technology related Issues, Incidents, Solutions & Projects
Build Relationships & Collaborate with IT, Business Colleagues & Third Parties to establish Service Expectations and Roadmap for Technical Direction
Provide Technical Leadership, Direction, Advice & Guidance to IT Technicians & Engineers
Design, Plan & Deliver Technical Projects Ensuring Minimal Business Disruption, Strong Network / Data Security, GDPR Compliance, Data Integrity & Quality of Service, ensuring On Time Delivery, with Minimal Disruption
Ability to Work Towards Deadlines while still Maintaining Security, Compliance, & Data Integrity
Lead on Design, Provisioning, Monitoring, Maintenance & Security of Cloud-Based Infrastructure
Ensure Network & Systems are Optimised for Excellent Performance
Work in Collaboration with other IT & Business Colleagues
