What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and Inspire: Coach and mentor sales teams to book appointments for our field-based Business Development Managers.

Hands-On Training: Provide live desk coaching, 1:1 training sessions, and group workshops.

Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards on all team calls.

Maximise Opportunities: Deliver world-class sales service to drive new business growth.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Maintain strong communication channels with key departments.

Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of our products to enhance sales effectiveness.

Market Insight: Stay informed about market conditions across your region.

Proven experience in direct B2B sales.
