Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be essential in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, engaging with leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales strategy.


The core responsibilities of this role are:

  • Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic outreach.
  • Identify corporate objectives, business challenges and specific pain points within target accounts.
  • Use a multi-channel approach to target prospective customers with a view to qualifying and securing the appointment with very clear objectives for the meeting.
  • Foster new relationships and leads for Operatix through outbound efforts.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Work closely with the aligned Sales Director on messaging, campaigns and account prioritization.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to drive brand awareness in key target accounts.
  • Overachieve specific daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals.
