All we’re missing is you!As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be responsible for building new business (new logo, cross-sell & up-sell) for all Forcepoint solutions, in addition to expanding upon existing accounts sized between 251-2000 seats.This is a hybrid role, based in our Reading office.This role will focus on Emerging Markets, including Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Working as part of a team of 4 for this region, you will be assigned your own dedicated countries within Emerging Markets to focus upon.What you will be involved in: Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through sales of Forcepoint solutionsCreate an overall development plan for success for the territoryPlan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales targetsProvide timely follow up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunitiesActively responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunitiesProvide regular business pipeline reports/forecasts for all business developed and closedProvide quotations/pricing to the distributorMaintain accurate records within Salesforce and other systems, update relevant information including forecast held in these systemsMake outbound telephone calls to end users and resellers to identify, progress and close sales opportunitiesMaintain high levels of phone activity, and achieve set targets for pipeline growthAttend external customer meetings and internal meetings with other internal functions as requiredEfficiently engage sales resources, SE, Channel, Solutions Sales Specialists and Executives as requiredAttend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills as appropriateFlag up problem opportunities to the Inside Sales ManagerWhat you can bring:A native fluency in a language from any of the Emerging Markets countries (as listed above).A proven track record of success in managing and developing existing accountsExperience selling to C-Suite is an advantageExperience of closing businessExperience of working in a sales position in a high-tech organizationPC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications as a minimum, especially MS ExcelSelf-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profitA natural forward planner who critically assesses own performanceKeen for new experience, responsibility and accountabilityAble to work with others and be a team playerDemonstrable excellent communication skillsAccommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Don’t meet every single qualification?
