You will achieve this through building & developing a high-performing Inside Sales team. What you’ll do: Proactively lead and manage the team to create a high-performing sales cultureWork closely with Marketing to develop a highly competitive sales strategyCreate & maintain sales plans for the Team..Lead and manage the performance of the team to contribute to the EBITDA target, by ensuring all objectives (KPIs) are met, including Fuel, Freight, & Rehire chargesMonitor and manage team members’ sales activity and KPIs Manage to the organization’s CRM (Salesforce standards).Manage the overall Team opportunity pipeline in the CRM system for forecasting and fleet management purposes, and hold regular opportunity pipeline reviewsContribute and add value as a key member of the Sales Leadership TeamManage to the standard of the Aggreko “Non-Negotiables” and “Sales Leadership Blueprint” – with a significant focus on coaching and developingManages the internal relationships between inside sales and the external sector teamsEffectively manage performance, and address any performance concerns Set & manage weekly / monthly KPIs that are challenging, yet achievableYou’ll have the following skills and experience: Degree qualification preferred or relevant experienceExperienced leading and managing a sales team (of 3 or more people), with a proven track record in achieving team targets (team size anticipated to grow in future)A proven track record of developing and coaching sales teams in a challenging environment, ideally in the power generation and/or temperature control rental industryFinancially and commercially savvy & Customer focused, and results drivenHigh working standards and quality orientationStrong ability to plan, organize and prioritize own workload as well as that of others Technically minded - able to understand and learn about a wide range of products and applicationsExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skills - communicates clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholders (internal and external)Excellent leadership and management skills, a track record of motivating, inspiring and supporting individuals and teams to be their best and growExperience of working effectively in a call centre environment, driving quality and proactive sales activity, whilst maintain a high level of motivation and engagement of the inside sales team Find out more and apply now. Bring your energy.
