Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.

A market leading litigation funder which is developing a successful niche within this fast growing area is looking to expand both in London and nationally, and would like to hire a senior insolvency litigation solicitor to cover the Midlands. You will be remotely based but will be joining an established team of in-house lawyers based in London and throughout the UK.

You will ideally be an insolvency litigation solicitor with around 10 - 15 years PQE in commercial litigation or pure insolvency litigation and will have an established presence and knowledge within the local insolvency market. It would be advantageous if you are a member of R3 and/or other prominent groups within the insolvency and litigation market.

You should have an interest and experience of marketing and business development with both insolvency practitioners and fellow solicitors. This is a brand new role and as part of a growing in-house legal team you will be able to show good commercial acumen, numeracy, project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.

If you are a commercially minded insolvency litigation lawyer, with excellent knowledge of the UK market with a particular focus on the Midlands, who is looking to take the next step in your career, the firm can offer a salary in the region of £80k-£120k with a market leading bonus and share option scheme and the chance to join a growing commercial organisation.
