INSOLVENCY & RESTRUCTURING SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, LONDON, £90,000 - £100,000 (DOE), NATIONAL LAW FIRM - A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:6168.
• This award-winning law firm is recognised nationally for the exceptional quality of its work and lawyers, as well as its impressive record in employee welfare.
• A role has arisen for an ambitious Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join their highly reputable team.
• Their clients include businesses from PLCs to start-ups, high net worth individuals and landowners, universities, colleges and education bodies and healthcare organisations.
• Applications are sought from Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• You will help with advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.
• You must be able to demonstrate a strong commercial approach to your work and have excellent drafting and verbal/written communication skills and attention to detail.
