You will be joining a growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
As an insolvency solicitor, you will manage a high-quality caseload of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency issues.
You can expect to work with a wide range of clients acting for both claimants and defendants.
Your main duties will include: Acting on a varied workload of insolvency litigation matters Advising on all aspects of asset recovery issues including possession and sale of properties Reviewing, drafting and reporting on documents Liaising with clients and providing tailored advice to their needs Attending negotiations and meetings Ideally you will be NQ – 5 years’ PQE and have experience in insolvency law or commercial litigation.
