Installations/Project Engineer
Salary: Excellent package dependent on experience

Your responsibilities will include spearheading high-quality installations, maintaining or enhancing project gross margins, and fostering robust client relationships. You will inspire and manage a dedicated team, ensuring all company and legal Health & Safety requirements are met, while also contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
To excel in this role, you must have a full clean driving license and a solid foundation in duct installation or Mechanical & Electrical projects. Your communication skills will be impeccable, both written and verbal, with proficiency in basic IT applications such as email, Word, Excel, and Sage accounts. Motivating teams should come naturally to you and possess sound numeracy and written abilities.
While not essential, candidates with CAD software skills, commercial or construction industry experience, a relevant degree, or Health & Safety qualifications will find themselves at an advantage.
