Here at Berns Brett Horsham (part of the Jensten Group), we are looking to recruit an Insurance Advisor, to join our friendly and customer focused team of 6 people. Berns Brett Horsham is a centre of excellence for all personal insurances including Motor, Breakdown Cover, Gap Insurance, Travel, Home Buildings, Contents and High Value Home. The main purpose of the Insurance Advisor role is to service our customers policies from beginning to end – including providing quotations, setting up new business, completing amendments and assisting with the renewals. Please note that you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings - 9am - 12.30pm. Key objectives & responsibilities: Advising customers on a range of personal insurance via telephone and face to face Providing adequate quotations and explaining the policy terms and conditions Setting up new policies and answering general policy enquiries Developing customer relationships, understanding their insurance needs and providing a high level of customer service Completing policy amendments and renewals Processing insurance documents ensuring to be compliant with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA. About you To be a successful applicant, you will need to have customer service experience gained either within insurance or a professional office environment. You do not need insurance experience as training will be provided, but any insurance experience will be a bonus!
