Senior Associate - Insurance Litigation Solicitor (5-8 PQE) - Boutique

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Associate with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a boutique law firm with offices in the USA and London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, highly specialized team in London, focusing on complex insurance coverage disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage disputes, particularly in cyber liability, technology, media, intellectual property, and professional liability.
• Monitor and advise on claims and losses, including those involving international data privacy and cybersecurity incidents.
• Collaborate with a global client base, including U.S. and UK corporations and SMEs.
• Assist in the development and refinement of new cyber insurance products for the U.S. and UK markets.
• Support and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional development.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8 years of PQE in insurance litigation, with a strong focus on coverage disputes.
• Experience in cyber liability, technology, media, or professional liability is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record in handling complex insurance disputes.
• Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
